Richard is the Creative Director of Weta Workshop and its affiliate businesses (Weta Ltd, Weta Productions and Pukeko Pictures). Richard has been awarded five Oscars, **** BAFTAs and numerous other achievements for Weta's success in the disciplines of make up, costume and visual effects.
