Roberto Lanzas was born and raised in Richmond, Canada, and delved into the world of acting for the very first time when at the age of 17, he played Don Armado in a production of Shakespeare's Loves Labour's Lost. While he has continued to work on stage he has expanded into film, and Voice Over work as well. Roberto began working on commercials and performed on live television for both Omni TV and **** TV. In 2014, Roberto enrolled himself at New Image College of Fine Arts. During his 2 year conservatory program, he appeared in productions including the renowned role of Macbeth, as well as playing numerous characters in The Laramie ******* and The Dining Room. In addition to theatre, he performed in various films, including playing a 1950's Film Noir character called **** Martin in a web series. He has been busy booking in various mediums in the industry, including a commercial for SweetTarts, a series to be released in Canada called "La Quincenera" by Warner Brothers and Stage 13, a Theatre West Van production of Arsenic and Old Lace playing Teddy Brewster, and even appeared in the Canadian cast of the musical "Spring Awakening" playing Moritz. You can also catch Roberto on the AMC Network show "Robert Kirkman's Secret History of a Comics" Episode 7. He feels both excited and blessed to be embarking on his career as a professional actor.
