Stanley Brode (Director, Executive Producer) is a Co-founder of Assemblage of Nouns Productions, a theatre and film production company. “You There?” a dark, comedic short film loosely based on Rostand’s Cyrano de Bergerac was featured on Short of the Week among other publications and festivals. Stanley trained as an actor before directing plays and short films on both coasts, as well as working in a Broadway producer’s office, and in the Literary Department at the La Jolla Playhouse. Maggie Black is his first feature.
